By downloading, purchasing, or using VoiceMog, you agree to these Terms of Use. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you do not agree, do not use VoiceMog.
Adult eligibility
VoiceMog is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. By using VoiceMog, you represent that you are 18 or older. The App Store age rating can help a device owner apply parental controls, but VoiceMog does not independently verify a person's age.
Data and service providers
VoiceMog's Privacy Policy describes its seven-type App Privacy disclosure and its use of Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, TikTok, and Meta. Version 1.0.2 and later starts app-usage sharing off and presents Apple's tracking choice directly after the first on-device result. The Settings sharing control stops future Mixpanel analytics and AppsFlyer attribution activity and blocks future RevenueCat-to-AppsFlyer partner sharing. Apple purchase processing and RevenueCat's separate purchase-support mirror may continue. Turning sharing off does not revoke the separate Apple system permission or delete records and immutable identifiers a provider already received.
Coaching, not medical care
VoiceMog offers self-guided voice-delivery practice. It is not speech therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not promise a particular social, professional, or health outcome. Its 0–100 outputs are deterministic coaching indices, not calibrated listener ratings, probabilities, or match percentages. Voice Age Beta is an experimental, hand-authored index anchored to the age you enter, not detection of chronological, biological, or perceived age. None of these indices measures identity, maturity, intelligence, health, attractiveness, or worth.
Use a comfortable natural range. Do not force your pitch, growl, or continue through pain, strain, or hoarseness. Stop using the exercise if discomfort occurs, and consult a qualified clinician about persistent voice symptoms.
Your recordings
Only record a voice you have the right and consent to record. Processed Preview applies a fixed local style treatment to your own recording. It is not personalized from the audit, does not predict your selected target, and is not for impersonation or deception. You are responsible for the content you create and how you use it.
Subscriptions and billing
VoiceMog Pro is offered as an auto-renewable weekly or annual subscription with no free trial. Current localized prices and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges renewal to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in VoiceMog. Apple controls billing, refunds, and transaction administration under its policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse VoiceMog, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device or audio route, or any specific coaching result.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceMog is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8 OClock, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VoiceMog.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise.
